The OWA is dedicated to the Mission to enhance and promote the leadership role of women in the optical industry through networking, education, and peer support. I would like to take this opportunity to share a few thoughts with you about who the OWA is and what we can work together to accomplish in the coming year.
The goals for the coming year are simple. We would like to work together to assure that the OWA is the vehicle to cultivate, nurture, mentor and support women at all levels in the Optical Industry. We want to help all women reach their full career potential and keep this industry strong and growing.
