The career advice I would give my 18-year-old self is:Approach learning new skills with eager enthusiasm, even if you don't think it's relevant to your career path. Always be willing to support, solve problems, and be a trusted resource to those around you.
When I think about my career, I'm most excited about:I am excited about the things that aren't even on the horizon yet in my career. The global pandemic threw me a career curveball, but I emerged from that period and love where my career has taken me so far. In my short time with De Rigo Rem, I've already had the opportunity to cross off many items from my professional bucket list.
Daily, I read:I read a lot of news from various sources. I also read the newsletter "The Hustle" every morning, they are pretty comprehensive in business news and give me what I need to know to stay informed for the day.
