The career advice I would give my 18-year-old self is:Look for a career where you can love most of what you do. No matter what, work hard and stay humble. Everything happens for a reason. Not every door that you try to open will welcome you, but the right ones will. Don’t be afraid to fail.
When I think about my career, I'm most excited about:My growth in the optical industry. I started in the industry less than a year ago. I'm soaking up as much knowledge as I can and enjoying every minute. People say that you land here and never leave; I can see why. The family environment the entire industry has is inspirational!
