ADDED BONUS! Special guest speakers Dr. Trisha Beal and Dr. Beth Lennox will address a subject relevant to many of us right now when they present Three Ways to Maintain or Refine Office Culture Pre- and Post-Pandemic.
About the speakers:
Dr. Trisha Beal was honoured as the 2011 Eyecare Professional of the Year for Canada, recognized for her efforts to actively promote eye health within her practice and local community. Dr. Beal obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree and then earned a Doctorate in Optometry from the University of Waterloo School Of Optometry. Convinced that patients deserve to be treated with respect and given sincere, personal care, she joined a group of similar minded optometrists and became a partner at what is now known as Brant & Paris Family Eye Care. She is proud to have received a Canada Citizenship Award for community service and leadership, presented to her personally by the Prime Minister of Canada.
Dr. Beal and her husband Ben are proud parents of Alexandra and Zachary. They are avid travellers (especially cruising) and enjoy "all things Disney."
Dr. Beth Lennox completed her Bachelor of Science in 1991, and continued at the University of Waterloo, obtaining her Doctor of Optometry degree in 1995. Dr. Lennox graduated on the Dean's Honour List, receiving the Canadian Contact Lens Society award for her proficiency in the application of contact lenses. After graduating, Dr. Lennox entered private practice in Brantford, then moved to the Cambridge practice in 1998. Dr. Lennox is affiliated with the TLC Laser Eye Centres and has substantial co-management experience in laser vision correction. She has also been a part-time clinical supervisor at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science and is the past chair of the board of directors for Eye Recommend.
In her spare time, Dr. Lennox enjoys time with her husband, Peter, and their two sons. She loves travel, yoga, and being a hockey Mom!
