The Optical Women's Association (OWA) is excited to announce the next meeting of OWA Reads on Thursday, January 27, at 7:00 p.m. CST.
Join us virtually as we discuss Unleashed: The Unapologetic Leader's Guide to Empowering the People Around You by Frances Frei and Anne Morriss. A 2021 OWA business book selection, Unleashed provides radical advice for the practice of leadership today. Showing how the boldest, most effective leaders use a special combination of trust, belonging, and love to create an environment in which other people can excel, Frei and Morriss offer practical, battle-tested tools, along with interviews and stories from their own personal experiences, to make these ideas come alive.
OWA Reads meets quarterly on the last Thursday of the month and is open to all current OWA members. Join us for a fun discussion (even if you haven't read the book), led this time by OWA member Kayla Ashlee, and make some new friends in the process!
