Easy Fruit Pizza

Perfect dessert for a summer BBQ!

(1) 16.5 oz. package sugar cookie dough

8 oz. package of cream cheese (softened)

½ cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Any fruit! E.g. fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, kiwi, and clementines

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. You can also line with parchment paper. Spread dough into prepared pan.

  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and center is set. Make sure the sugar cookie base cools completely.

  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth with a hand mixer or a stand mixer in a medium bowl or a large bowl. Spread tangy cream cheese frosting onto room temperature cookie crust.

  4. Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, sliced kiwi, and orange sections.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Cut into pizza size slices with sharp knife and serve.
