Full Circle Mentorship Program
Mentorship is a key part of professional and personal growth, and at every stage of life, we find ourselves either mentoring or being mentored.
What is Full Circle?
Full Circle is a mentorship program developed by the OWA to encourage meaningful connections among members across all stages of their careers.
The program is designed to support professionals whether they are entering the field, navigating mid-career transitions, or reflecting on years of experience. It provides a flexible structure where members can network, share insights, and both give and receive guidance in an informal, supportive setting.
Full Circle includes a range of events such as:

Mentor / Mentee Pairings – OWA carefully pairs you with a mentor or mentee whose experience and goals align with yours, and provides guidance and resources to support a strong and rewarding relationship

Mentor Talk virtual interactive sessions — facilitated discussions open to all stages of careers

Speed Networking – virtual events to connect with fellow OWA members

Members who are interested in being paired with a mentor or mentee can complete the Mentorship Intake Form to help guide the matching process.

Mentor-Mentee Relationship Overview
Initial Meeting
Start with an introductory conversation to discuss your goals, expectations, and how you both want to structure the relationship.
Monthly Check-ins
Plan to meet or connect once a month, either in person, over the phone, or virtually. These sessions can last around 30–60 minutes and focus on career goals, challenges, skill-building, or any specific topics relevant to your growth.
Goal Setting & Progress Tracking
Set clear goals at the start and use the monthly check-ins to track progress, reflect on achievements, and make adjustments where needed.
Find a Mentor
Members can browse the membership list and look for the Mentor Badge next to the names of members who are open to being mentors. This makes it easy to identify potential mentors willing to guide others.
Flexible & Supportive
The relationship is meant to be flexible. Both the mentor and mentee can tailor the check-ins based on what’s working, ensuring it’s a supportive and valuable experience for both.
End-of-Year Reflection
After a year, take time to reflect on the progress made, what both of you have learned, and whether you’d like to continue the relationship or pursue other opportunities.
Once you’ve connected with a mentor or mentee through the Full Circle program, the relationship can extend offline.

Virtual Group Networking Events and Discussions
As part of the Full Circle Mentorship Program, we’re excited to offer quarterly Zoom calls to help you connect with fellow members and gain insights suitable for all stages of careers.
Mentor Talks
Mentor Talks are 1-hour facilitated discussions with a broader group featuring topics relevant to all career stages.
Speed Networking
Speed Networking events are 1-hour "speed dating" format networking with 5-minute 1:1 conversations. You can meet many new faces, network, and see where your conversations take you!

Members can register on the OWA website. These calls are a great opportunity to network, share insights, and grow your career through meaningful connections.
