Full Circle Mentorship Program

Mentorship is a key part of professional and personal growth, and at every stage of life, we find ourselves either mentoring or being mentored.

What is Full Circle?

The OWA is excited to announce that Full Circle, our new mentorship program, is now available! Designed to foster meaningful connections among our members, Full Circle offers support and learning opportunities for everyone—whether you're launching your career, facing mid-career challenges, or reflecting on years of experience.

With Full Circle, members can network, exchange knowledge, and offer guidance in a casual, flexible setting. It’s an opportunity to both learn from and inspire like-minded professionals, no matter where you are in your journey.

We are excited about the events we are planning in 2025, which include Fireside Chats focused on mentoring, Virtual Meetups, and "Mentor Talk" – facilitated discussions featuring topics relevant to specific career stages (Establishment, Mid-Career, and Late Career).  Watch your inbox and the OWA website for more information!

Quarterly Zoom Mentorship Calls

As part of the Full Circle Mentorship Program, we’re excited to offer quarterly Zoom calls to help you connect with fellow members and gain insights tailored to different stages of your career.

How it works:

  • Each quarter, we’ll focus on a specific career stage—whether you’re just starting out, navigating mid-career transitions, or reflecting on years of experience.

  • The discussion will cover topics relevant to that career stage, such as career development, overcoming challenges, or building new skills.

  • Afterward, we’ll break into speed mentoring sessions, where mentors and mentees are paired for a brief, casual one-on-one meetup.

  • These quick conversations help you connect and exchange ideas in a short time. If you and your mentor/mentee want to continue the conversation, you can choose to arrange follow-ups offline at your own pace.

How to Join:

Sign up for each quarterly Zoom session on the OWA website. These calls are a great opportunity to network, share insights, and grow your career through meaningful connections.
