Full Circle Mentorship Program
Mentorship is a key part of professional and personal growth, and at every stage of life, we find ourselves either mentoring or being mentored.

What is Full Circle?
Full Circle is a mentorship program developed by the OWA to encourage meaningful connections among members across all stages of their careers.

The program is designed to support professionals whether they are entering the field, navigating mid-career transitions, or reflecting on years of experience. It provides a flexible structure where members can network, share insights, and both give and receive guidance in an informal, supportive setting.
In addition to one-on-one connections, Full Circle includes a range of events such as:

-
Fireside Chats that explore mentoring themes
-
Virtual Meetups for informal networking
-
Mentor Talk sessions — facilitated discussions tailored to career stages (Establishment, Mid-Career, and Late Career)
More details about the program and scheduled events are available on the OWA Events page and via email updates.

Members who are interested in being paired with a mentor or mentee can complete the Mentorship Questionnaire to help guide the matching process.
