A love story with a little geek magic woven in
Into the Blue is a decades-spanning love story about AJ and Noah, two sci-fi nerds who fall into an intense, complicated romance. They eventually get to live out their fantasy by acting together in a sci-fi series. As someone who loves both romance and fantasy, this felt like it was written specifically for this nerd. I'm giving it 4.5 out of 5 stars. It wasn't perfect, but it was delightful. I listened to the audiobook and definitely recommend going that route.
