Holly Gough is a Manager of Business Optimization at VSP Vision where she has worked since 2018. This role uses analytics, project management and consulting skills to focus on Lean and Six Sigma based process improvements throughout the organization. The concept of continuous improvement has been interwoven throughout Holly’s career, including during her time at Marchon Eyewear from 2010-2018 where she held a variety of analytical roles across Customer Service, Distribution and Supply Chain.
