Feeding off the success of our 2023 retreat, this retreat is intentionally designed to be a small gathering, accommodating a maximum of 40 extraordinary women. Your presence at this retreat will play a vital role in shaping the path forward for our broader organization. Your insights, ideas, and reflections will continue to help guide us as we strive to create an environment that connects and inspires women in our industry.

The primary objective of the retreat is to create a nurturing environment for women to come together, celebrate our triumphs, exchange valuable insights, and lean on each other for unwavering support. Engaging sessions like in-person Fireside Chats and OWA Reads, inspiring speakers, and bonding activities will form the heart of our retreat, empowering you with new perspectives, invaluable knowledge, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Registration Fee: $125 (covers meals/activities)
