Lindsay Romah has been in the optical industry for ten years beginning in a private practice after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh. Lindsay spent just under six years working as a Ray-Ban Sales Consultant for EssilorLuxottica and moved into Business Development in 2023. In 2023, Lindsay was awarded the Leadership Scholarship Award from the Optical Women’s Association and has used that money to complete her first Harvard Business School course on Leadership Principles.
