The main goal of the OWA Membership Committee is to work with current members and contacts to invite new women to join the Optical Women's Association and participate. One of the committee's current goals is to further engage the younger generation (millennials), realizing that to sustain this wonderful organization we need to engage with all ages and background experiences. To help with that goal, the committee is launching a new campaign called the POWER OF ONE.

The POWER OF ONE is simple, but quite powerful. We're asking each member to invite ONE person to join before Vision Expo West. Each new member attending the OWA event in Las Vegas will receive a white rose so current members will recognize them and be able to greet them and welcome them to the OWA.

We know our membership can do amazing things! Remember, it always starts with one . . . .

We've provided the following link to view some of the benefits you will want to share with your prospective OWA member: http://www.opticalwomen.com/members-benefits.asp.

If you decide that ONE new member is just not enough, there is no penalty for over-achievement and inviting more to join if you want! :-)

Thank you for your efforts in helping many more women discover their potential while encouraging leadership, sharing inspiration and helping us all connect to one another.
